Open Secrets - Part Two

Location: Various Locations - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 1345Hrs - October 5th, 2393

The screen lit up with a display of two women walking down the hallway, the system was recording everything that they were talking about. Connor narrowed his eyes as he recognized both women. "Wait, that's..." Connor paused as he quickly considered that he was seeing double. "Hang on, you never said you had a twin sister... So... She's you... from that reality you mentioned. "Another you," he commented. "I didn't want to believe you... But..."

"It gets better," Yamaguchi-Hobbs answered quietly. "Computer play recording," she commented before the voices of the two women talking began to be heard.

The two women approached the airlock to the USS Infinity, it was time to say their last goodbyes, the two women were more alike than either one of them cared to admit, they were sisters in more than one way. Both were wearing their various uniforms, Celeste was wearing the red collar with five pips and Enyo was wearing the black with three pips, except hers was the mirror universe style, with a lighter grey tone for the colors of the shoulders, a line of white for the separation between black and grey and a set of shoulder boards with her rank insignia on, three stripes in white. Celeste also wore the regular style of uniform with pants and shoes whereas Enyo, it was a skant uniform style with a skirt, knee-high boots and no sleeves for the uniform top, it highlighted her muscular arms, legs, and shoulders.

Celeste Yamaguchi-Hobbs walked beside her sibling as Victoria considered what she wanted to say to her twin. "I have no idea of how to process life in this reality." she suddenly admitted to Celeste, who simply nodded in response. "That's normal... that's not a major shock." as she smiled at Enyo. "You're fitting in, like everyone else."

"I was... honestly expecting something else..." Victoria answered quietly.

"I know." Yamaguchi-Hobbs considered with a nod of her head. "It was like that for me, after the incident and Jackson," she commented.

Enyo had never been raped, not like Celeste had but she had been abused so she knew what terror was, what fear was and what is the victim was like. "Your son is a blessing, the kits are too... They seem to accept me..." Enyo commented quietly. "No thanks to what I did to Marie." she sighed softly.

"Stop." Connor paused before he turned to Yamaguchi-Hobbs. "What did she do to Marie.?" he paused. "Or do I not want to know?"

"Well, first off, Marie also has a counterpart in that reality as well. She's here too and she goes by another name. Courtney... Its to tell herself apart from Marie, she is having issues with settling in, as she was forced to do a job she was supremely unqualified for. Also, she was forced to do some deeds she did not like and still does not like to think about. I know they torment her daily." she paused. "Victoria... She assumed that my Marie was her Marie and thus, she cornered Marie and beat the everliving daylights out of her." Yamaguchi-Hobbs shook her head. "What a mess..."

"I bet..." Connor paused as he breathed out and then back in again, all in an effort to calm himself. "How did Horus take it.?"

"Very poorly. He wanted to see to it that justice was done and he wasn't picky about how he got it for his spouse. As far as I know, he's still processing having Courtney around and he does not like Victoria all that much... I know he has words he wishes to say to her and he has been waiting for the right time and place to say them... The only reason he hasn't yet is because of me." Yamaguchi-Hobbs answered. "I wanted him to calm down and cool off before he said his piece to Victoria over her stupidity. Fortunately, he has been exemplary in his patience and when she comes back. I will allow him, to say his piece."

"Lovely." Connor sighed softly. "Hows Marie?"

"She's still as Marie as ever. Brassy, Sassy ad loves getting nailed four times a day. I swear that woman gets more sex in one day then I see in a week." Yamaguchi-Hobbs sighed as she shook her head. "She's still as hot-blooded as ever and while she has been mellowing out, shes still Marie."

Connor nodded his head, with a smile on his face. Marie would never change. "Computer, resume playback," he said as he settled in to listen to the recording. Yamaguchi-Hobbs regarded the display as well.

"What about Bree?" Enyo paused, she knew that Celeste's wife was a marine and she had a lithe frame with plenty of physical strength.

"Oh, yes. She was the victim of various people trying to screw with her and mentally fuck her." Yamaguchi-Hobbs. "One of them tried to rape her, he almost succeeded... She had to beat him within an inch of his life to get him to stop... Then there was her leaving home... which I shouldn't discuss..." she paused a moment to allow it to pass. "Then there was her becoming pregnant during that mass psionic event awhile back," Yamaguchi-Hobbs added, almost as an afterthought.

"Fair enough," Enyo answered in a light tone of voice. "Wait, she's pregnant?... I was sexually assaulted during that event after being zapped with an agonizer." she paused. "It was... not something I like to think about. Did something like that happen to her... I know Gail was generally ignored and slapped around..."

"A... What?" Yamaguchi-Hobbs commented quietly. "Whats an agonizer?." she asked a moment later. "I've never heard of that before," Yamaguchi-Hobbs admitted in a light tone of voice.
