| Personal History | Born 2350 on the Reach colony in the city of New Alexandra, he lived his childhood and his teen years like any other child except he had a fascination with Starfighters almost from the moment he saw a squadron of them when he was a young child. When he graduated school, he went off to the academy as a pilot, his life long dream, tensions between the Federation, its allies and their enemies were starting to rise as the Romulans had returned, then there was the Borg attack a year previously and things with the Klingons were not going well thanks to Gowron being a all around jackass. Jorge graduated and was assigned to the USS Inverness, he was one of six pilots assigned at the time and was assigned the callsign of 'Noble Six' simply because he was the sixth pilot assigned. He began to amass an almost incredible amount of experience in various starfighters over the years, including against just about every enemy the Federation processed, from the second Borg attack at Earth, to the Dominion War in fights like Operation Return and the battle of Coridan. Noble Six was there when Jake Yamaguchi got command of the Courageous at the battle of Coridan, he also helped to keep the Jem'Hadar away from the ship while her crew fought to save her. Jorge remained aboard the USS Courageous for another six years replacing Jake as Second Squadron Commander and then replacing Fives as the Wing Commander. It was here where he met the woman who would become his spouse and the mother to his children. Mikala Di'Tomasso ended up getting slingshotted back in time almost eighteen years into the past where she emerged near the battle of Chin'Toka. She ended up boarding the USS Courageous. She recognized several of the crew who were present and it was here she would meet the man who would later become her husband. Di'Tomasso decided to remain here in the past rather than seek a return to the future. Her excuse was a lie, that she was sent from another place rather than another time. However, she did share the truth with Jake Yamaguchi who swore to never reveal her secret. She would later tell her husband as well, but only after several years of marriage. It was because he had asked why she had never sought to return to her home, she then came clean when she said she was home. With him and their babies. Mikaela has remained by her husband's side, going with him to his various assignments ever since. He survived the entire war, first shot to last in the cockpit of his various starfighters that he flew but in 2380, he was offered the chance to go train for Starfighter Corps Search and Rescue, it was an irresistible chance for him to prove his worth. He was here for the full course load which was about twelve months, he did well and graduated near the top of his class but rather than get sent out into the field again, he was offered the chance to teach at TOP GUN. After ten years in the one assignment, he decided he wanted to go back out and was posted to the USS Roanoke to replace fallen pilots, killed in action. After surviving this assignment, he ended up going back top TOP GUN before he was offered the chance to become the Exec of the 105th Starfighter Wing, Jorge accepted. |
